Victoria Power serves as the firm’s “Hot Seat Technician” for trial.  In this role she is responsible for organizing, presenting and controlling the evidence and displaying the exhibits to the Judge and Jury.  When she is not on trial, Victoria audits and organizes the voluminous documents and data involved in the Wolk Law Firm’s cases so it can be prepared for use at hearings, mediation presentations and as exhibits to pleadings.  Finally, Victoria also aids in analyzing and researching accident trends.
