The Wolk Law Firm is pleased to announce that Alan D. Mattioni will be re-joining the firm on September 20, 2021.
Alan is a graduate of the Temple University School of Law, and holds a Commercial Pilot Certificate with Single and Multi-Engine Land and Instrument Ratings. He previously worked at The Wolk Law Firm before accepting a position as a Trial Attorney with the U.S. Department of Justice in the Aviation, Space and Admiralty Section. For the past thirteen years, Alan has represented the United States in some of the most high-profile aviation cases involving the federal government including the Kobe Bryant helicopter crash that killed him and eight others.
Alan is thrilled to be re-joining The Wolk Law Firm where he can dedicate his efforts to representing plaintiffs who have suffered the pain of losing family members in airplane and helicopter accidents.
