Bradley J. Stoll
Brad Stoll joined The Wolk Law Firm in 2002. He has extensive experience litigating matters involving complex product liability, corporate negligence, catastrophic injuries, wrongful death, appeals, federal tort claims, and many other facets of aviation accident litigation. Brad has tried aviation product liability cases, presented evidentiary hearings, prepared countless cases for trial, argued before appellate courts across the country, and has been involved in every trial the firm has had since 2002 either by sitting first chair, second chair, or otherwise contributing in pre-trial preparations.
Brad’s legal advocacy has procured important legal precedent governing the manner in which courts adjudicate aviation cases. Such precedential advances in aviation litigation include changes in the way the federal statute of repose is applied in general aviation litigation, limiting and defeating federal preemption defenses, using accident investigation and scientific methodology as a tool to litigate expert opinion challenges, and many others. These advances in the legal field have assisted many accident victims in their ability to have their day in court.
